You can easily create meetings with your contacts. Whether you want to start a meeting right away or schedule one to share with your friends. Check out the different features available in meetings.

Important: The options might differ depending on the size of the screen. If a button isn't visible, you might have to tap More   for additional meeting options to appear.

See the meeting layout and adjust your view. You can switch what you see. For example, when someone is sharing their screen, you can switch to watching the people in the meeting.

Turn on live captions

Turn on live captions to read words that are spoken during a meeting.

Don't show chat bubbles 

Teams don't show chat bubbles button.

Keep Chat bubbles from showing in your meeting view.

Put me on hold

When you put yourself on hold, you won't be about to see or hear anyone on the meeting. Tap Resume to return to the meeting.

Turn off incoming video

Your video feed won't be visible to other participants in the call. To turn incoming video back on, tap Turn on incoming video.

Leave the meeting

Leave the meeting button in Teams,

Tap to exit the meeting. If you are the organizer, you have the option to End meeting for all.
