STATUS: FIXED

This issue has been fixed by an Outlook service change on 10/17/22. If you're still seeing the issue, it's possible that Outlook has not picked up the service change. To force Outlook to refresh the service settings, put Outlook in Safe Mode and then open again in normal mode.

To put Outlook in Safe Mode do the following:

  1. Close Outlook.

  2. When starting Outlook, hold down the Ctrl key and keep pressed until you see the Safe Mode prompt.

  3. After entering Safe Mode completely, close Outlook.

  4. Restart Outlook in normal mode.
