The Viva Learning app is governed by existing terms that apply to you through your organization's subscription for Microsoft 365. Viva Learning enables you to discover both Microsoft and non-Microsoft content that your organization may make available to you. Content accessible through Viva Learning is subject to  privacy and service terms other than the Microsoft Product Terms. Learn more about the terms applicable to Viva Learning content. Individual subscriptions to non-Microsoft learning providers cannot be integrated with Viva Learning so you’ll need to use your work account.   

You may lose access to Viva Learning or to non-Microsoft learning content if: 

• Your or your organization’s service subscription expires.

• Your organization decides to terminate your access to the service.
